Human Resource Manager

Velox Tech offers a Human Resource Manager position in Vietnam onsite as a part of a growing multi-disciplinary R&D team developing innovative products

As a Human Resource Manager at Velox Tech you will have full control of what the people are doing in the company. You will coach and guide the employees about how to develop themselves while motivating them and leading human resource initiatives effectively.

While bringing in your human understanding and management skills you will also become a role model regarding to the company's vision and principles by showing the matching attitude and behaviour to all employees.

Since the Velox Tech Vietnam main office is located in Nha Trang, this position should be preferable covered there with temporary business trips to the Saigon office.

Your tasks

Keep yourself updated with all relevant Vietnamese laws
Handle all paperwork related to human resource matters in Vietnam physically and digitally
Keep track of all presences and take appropriate action if there are any unexpected absences
Follow up with employee's birthdays, anniversaries etc.
Make sure all required Vietnamese government reporting is done in due time
Continuously improve the company's human resource procedures and best practices
Work close with other company functions to ensure smooth communication and execution of human resources related tasks
Actively gather information needed to assess employee's performances
Execute disciplinary actions and sanctions towards employees in accordance with current labor law and internal company policy

Your personal profile

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Economics
Very good spoken and written Vietnamese and English
Honest and highly loyal
Positive attitude and thinking
High sense of responsibility
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good at careful and in details
Calm with strong self motivation
Very good at listening and sharing information
Respectful, straight and fair to people

Your Human Resource Management profile

Working experiences in international way managed companies
Very good in planning and making human resources strategies before execution
Conscious finances handling and responsible financial paperwork usage
Good communication with employees and management to ensure getting correct requirements and delivering expected quality
High integrity and ethical judgment
Sensitive and confidential information handling responsibly
Able to make straight, clear and decisive in decisions
Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations (understanding of labor laws, employment standards, health and safety regulations, compliance requirements etc.)
High skills in showing people how to learn and improve to become better
Strong skills in mediating disputes, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment
