Velox Hōrizon develops and delivers Norwegian-developed camera and surveillance solutions for coastal and maritime environments. Our primary market is civil installations and vessels. We combine high-performance imaging, advanced optics and Edge AI to enhance situational awareness above the water surface, where visibility, connectivity, latency and environmental conditions challenge conventional monitoring.
Visible-light imaging

Hōrizon brings intelligence directly into the sensing platform. Onboard image processing and Edge AI turn observations into detections, classifications and tracks close to where the data is generated.
Processing locally enables systems to identify relevant events, generate alerts and provide structured information without continuous connectivity to external servers. On-site analysis and storage support low-latency operation in remote, security-sensitive and bandwidth-constrained environments.
